Let us introduce you to our staff of highly skilled, caring professionals. Our commitment is to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing visit each and every time you come to see us.
Our team includes five experienced professionals, led by Dr. Walker. We each share Dr. Walker's belief that our care should be comprehensive and courteous – responding fully to your individual needs and concerns.
Our technical team:
Katie has been with the practice since 1998, and has sincere enthusiasm for quality dentistry. Katie has eagerly attended multiple continuing education courses, including the Advance Anterior Aesthetics Continuum, and the Dental Organzation for Conscious Sedation. Katie has quickly mastered the knowledge necessary to help you achieve the smile that you have always wanted. Katie received her RDA license through the Butte County ROP program in 1996. Katie spends most of her time with her family, attending school functions with her daughters.
Debbie is the veteran employee of the office, having been Dr. Walkers' hygienist now for over 30 years. Debbie is the sweetest person you will ever meet, and this is evident in the caring and gentle way she treats everyone she sees. Debbie spends much of her time researching the latest hygiene products that will help you as an individual achieve the home care program best for you. She received her RDH license in 1976 from Foothill College in Los Altos. Debbie is also licensed to administer anesthetic as well as being certified in category II laser treatment. When Debbie is not at work, she keeps very busy. Spending her time working out, cooking, grooming their walnut orchard and being a mom to three college kids.
Tianna, or Ty, is the second half of a fabulous assistant team. She is a local girl, having grown up right around the corner in Corning. Ty completed her education through Butte County Regional Occupational Program, and has been assisting ever since. Ty loves to help our patients receive their dental treatment in an efficient, professional and caring manner. When Ty is not sitting chairside with Dr. Walker, she is occupying her time traveling with friends, landscaping her new home or playing catch with her loveable dog - Hank!
Courtney joined our team in 2007. With a background in education, Courtney's goal is to provide comprehensive and up-to-date patient care, while catering to individual learning styles. Courtney received her RDH license in 2006 from Western College in Sacramento, CA. Since receiving her license she has attained Standard Proficiency in Laser Certification. Courtney's dedication towards patient care is undeniable, that is why it is easy to see that she loves this job! Her infectious laugh is heard throughout the office! In addition to her RDH, she also had a Bachelor of Arts in Education. When not at the office, you can catch Courtney running through Bidwell Park with her husband Waylon, taking a spinning class at the gym or hanging out with family and friends.
All of our staff members are motivated and enthusiastic about beautiful dentistry, and all exhibit a passion for their work. Skill and tender loving care combined with our special knowledge will help to make your visit to our office an enjoyable and unique experience.
